Scan Passport: Insert your passport into the kiosk.
Scan Receipts: Scan the "Tax Refund" receipts you received at the stores.
Choose Method: Select Cash (KRW/USD/CNY) or Credit Card refund.
Get Refund: Receive your cash instantly or check your card status.
⚠️ Important Tips
Match the Logo: You must use the kiosk that matches the brand (Global Blue, GTF, etc.) printed on your form.
Small/Other Brands: For brands like Easy Tax Refund, Cube Refund, or SJ, please visit the "General Refund Counter" at the Airport before your departure.
Customs Confirmation: Over 75,000 KRW per receipt requires a Customs stamp at the airport.
Valid Receipts: Only original "Tax Refund" forms work. Regular receipts are not eligible.
